Over priced, a computerized free tour (but it is free and def a landmark of Chocolate to do if you are in PA visiting), but what do you expect from big corporate companies.
My young nephew had a great time for his birthday with the 4D movie(awesome employees specially Sam, Carrie, Richard, and Gerry!!), create your own bar, and the tasting. Bakery is delicious and guest service people are kind~

The parking staff are honestly the best group of employees I have ever run into in a big company, are very helpful(answer any questions and point in the right direction of where need to be), and are all about the customer service! They work in crazy heat, cold, other working conditions, and have to deal with tons of drivers.

***Make sure you don't park here for Hershey Park though, they are two separate companies with separate parking lots/employees/rates. Make sure if you are going to spend all day at the park you go park there unless you want to spend some more in parking fees at Chocolate world for they are hourly. Know what you are getting into ahead of tine so you don't get angry at the employees for doing their job and charging you the rates Chocolate World has made.
