- Called 4 times in total with the promise to be called back: none happened once.
- Emailed 2x without response
- Those who record are stiff West Friesians from the workshop who are not nice and don't understand anything.
- You will not be called or emailed with information about the delivery, they are just there all of a sudden.

I would say: just hire a smooth team for communication on the phone and by email. This is really no longer possible in 2020. Last time Bakker for me and for my friends.
