I used Local Muscle Movers for my move in August, ...

I used Local Muscle Movers for my move in August, 2016. Two boxes of mine that were picked up by Local Muscle were never dropped off at the final destination. These boxes contained personal belongings--belongings of high monetary and sentimental value. It is unclear if the boxes were lost in the move (possibly when their truck broke down along the way) or if they were stolen. Local Muscle Movers is claiming no responsibility for my missing belongings. Gabriel Heasly, the GM at the Portland location has been incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. He ignores my phone calls and refuses to resolve the issue, claiming that Local Muscle never had my boxes in their possession to begin with.
