I wanted to like this place, everyone was very nice. When I had my blood drawn, it left massive bruising all over my arm that I've never seen before. And the next week, I found out they had lost my blood sample and asked me to have it done again for my check up to be completed and for them to not charge me.

I had to complain about that so there would be no charges and that I really didn't want to redo that. My insurance would only cover a check up and if I hadn't had the blood draw, they would have had to charge me. It was my first time there and it completely lost my trust. You can't work with a health provider if you can't trust them.
