I represented a the sale of an estate, the property was very distressed, my client had lots of concern about holding the property for any length of time. She was very professional, savvy, kind, and friendly while gently being aggressive (in a good way). She was very direct and assertive, but very relatable, their offer was very clean, she delivered on her word. She was very communicative throughout the transaction and was super to work with. This transaction closed within two weeks as promised, at a fair price that my seller was happy with. In a real estate transaction, it s the agents who can make or break a transaction, egos often get involved. Working with Sarah was a great experience, she is truly great at what she does and how she works with her clients and other agents.
