Today I stay at hotel amer palace and found that they have given room with used pillow and blanket. They have not changed the cover of blanket and pillow after checkout of last guest. It means they are making fool to clients.

Lat time I stayed in this hotel and found that their house keeping service is very bad. They have not refilled complimentary consumables in my second day stay. They have served expired moturesure to me due to which I feel skin problem. I have made complaint but I don't feel they have taken any remedial action.
