The VA tries to do a great job to help out veteran...

The VA tries to do a great job to help out veterans, but they really can't. There just isn't enough staff. The people on the phone are often rude, dismissive and disrespectful. Some of the doctors of the staff are also rude. I can imagine it is difficult.

There are other doctors and nurses, therapist, etc, who are very kind and caring. There are lots of programs (especially in the mental heath area) to help veterans out. So, I can't be too critical.

Also, as a veteran with a disability rating, I don't have to pay anything, so, any kind of service is excellent for me!
