I received a recall notice for a rear camera issue...

I received a recall notice for a rear camera issue on my BMW X3. I called for an appointment and requested a loaner and was given an appointment within a week of my call. Upon dropping the car I was immediately met by someone who asked if I had an appointment and who my assigned service advisor was. My advisor greeted me in less than 5 minutes, promptly looked over the car and sent me off to the loaner department. My advisor told me the car would be ready same day and by 1PM he called to say it was ready for pick-up. Upon pick-up my car had been washed and vacuumed. Thus, my experience was very positive and efficient.
