I've never dealt with a more incompetent dealership. When we bought the car we were told we were all good to go. When I tried to use it a few days later it wouldn't start. Turns out they sold us a car that had a bad battery! So I took it to the dealership and they replaced the battery. A couple weeks later, someone called me saying they needed to schedule an appointment to activate the car alarm, despite telling us everything was taken care of when we bought it. So we took it in for service they said would take 2 hours and they'd call me when it was ready. 4.5 hours later I called to find out the status, and it took 4 people and lots of transferring departments to locate the car, and to finally tell me it was done. When I asked why I was not called as they said they would, they had no answer.
