Our building had a very good experience with Eric from Shavitz. After an inspection of our boiler, he provided the quote on the work that needed to be completed to keep the boiler updated and fully functioning and examined all the radiators in our building. He also was the technician to complete the work. He was very helpful addressing questions in person and via email. He was knowledge, polite, efficient and completed the job within the allotted time. He also provided a thorough explanation of what he had done to ensure we understood the work.
