I have been dealing with OTTO cars for awhile. My experience has been positive, especially, due to the COVID-19 period in which Matt Cole was beyond professional and put his heart and soul into everyone's situation. I had to cease temporarily my agreement with OTTO and we worked out a best option for us both (Otto and I).
