When we checked in, it was great but then after we unpacked all our stuff we realized the floor was SOAKED at the side of the bed between the AC unit . We had to lack all our stuff back up and trade rooms . The trees blocked our direct view of the ocean . But we could still see and it was beautiful. Then My 7 year old and 14 year old and myself got stuck in the elevator inthe building on the left side of facing the ocean. It was SO scary. We later found out a couple with a small infant had the same thing happen the day before and no sign had been placed up . There was no air in the elevator so it became really hot and the red alarm button only rings it doesn t actually alert anyone . I had my phone on me and i called my husband to help get us out . I also called the office . We also had to call front desk twice in one night because the people below us we bumpin music like crazy when we were trying to sleep so we could get up for a sunrise . .
