My experience is very bad, I have given 98.46 monthly to preferred, because I already paid, April, May and June and they do not give me the referrals for mammography because they say I have not paid.
I went there directly and everything says that it is fine (after 2 hours to be treated) however the doctor is told that I have not paid. When I call on the phone and get someone to answer me (rarely) they hear me and tell me a moment and they hang me up or leave me back online and nobody else comes out.
This is no use, I don't know what will happen if there is an emergency. Call Consumer Report and they told me they will find out.
