After years of shopping, I decide to exchange a product (whose measurements did not coincide with those declared) by spending a greater difference than before. One of the new selected products, on the date of return, is discounted at 20.99, after more than 10 days they contact me by email telling me that I have to pay 69.99, check the site and find the item with a lower discount, but still at 40.99. Now, in my opinion for fairness I should have paid the price declared at the time of receipt of my return (31/12 20.99 all documented and tracked on the site), but at least I would have expected to pay the price declared at the time order processing (11/01 40.99). Having to pay it at full price when on the site it is clearly discounted at 40.99 is not correct at all I'm sorry. The excuse from the operator was that it is not an online purchase so the amount changes ... I would have liked to have been able to try the item in a physical dressing room then! However, this is an online purchase, certainly not a physical purchase in the store. I am truly sorry because it is the first problem after years of purchases and it is not because of the extra 40 euros, but precisely because of incorrectness.
