Terry Bison Ranch is located on the border between Wyoming and Colorado. One of the pioneers who breed the once almost extinct bison again in large numbers. Unfortunately, today you can only observe the animals for a few minutes on an organized tour. At a time when the farm was not yet the tourist magnet it is today, you could still drive along the fences on your own and watch the bison graze and hike for hours.
The area is so huge that you hardly ever get to see an animal from the farm or the restaurants (excellent bison steaks at fair prices!). The Terry Bison Ranch also offers all kinds of activities and other farm animals to watch.
