We are quite close to the caricature of the administrative nightmare: The staff gives you information (sure of themselves) and then denied two months later by another colleague. Then we have the requests for documents, there is the ultimate: These are received but are sometimes not treated because they have been .... Lost by the mail service! And sometimes, they are received and treated but they ask you again (to believe that they do not keep records). Afterwards, there is such a reform or hazardous legislative text that you have never heard of that comes to tell you that finally, you do not have the right to have such help and that you must repay it: They send you ushers to the buttocks without having called you to warn you (To receive help, it is hard for you, but they, to claim, they do not waste time). In short, a very French nightmare.
