Poor customer relations. I visited last year and saw something in the shop which I wanted to buy but couldn't fit it in the car. However, I was told by the shop staff to look on the website and if the product was not on there I could simply ring up and they would send it to me. Did that today and was told they couldn't help with no apology. Great shame.
