We went on a monday during school term-time mid afternoon as the school groups were leaving so didn't have the crowded problems other reviewers have mentioned. RThe staff we spoke to were all lovely and right from the start our kids loved it and were mesmerised by the many different fish and sea creatures and I have to say as parents we were too.
