Really bad service,

Really bad service,
We ordered our dinner 2 hours ago and we still Fu%ing have been waiting for it.
Ordered refill of coffee capsules in our room. No response, never.
And the rooms are not crowded these days in Moscow.
What is wrong with you Swisshotel?
Surely not recommended if you plan a staycation with nice views out of your window.
