The service is a little off but the staff id's real friendly. I don't think if they are going to have to keep your car another day that you who know nothing and its getting to be 5pm they need to be calling you not you calling them and then can't get your service rep you get the Secretary which then you have to leave a message by the time you find out and you need a car and you are 30mins away and you don't get a car hopefully today time will tell!!! I love my Kia but..............
