Do not use! We were in the process of getting a home equity loan, were told everything was great just needed an appraisal. Paid almost $600 for an appraisal then got ghosted. We were told two separate reasons that had nothing to do with the appraisal and when we tried to resolve them (the reasons weren t accurate) no one would call us back. We asked to speak to a manager or different loan officer and a week later have yet to hear from anyone.
