From the time I first walked in to Concord Toyota I was greeted courteously and ushered smoothly through the steps to getting my new Prius. I am especially pleased with my experience working with Rolando Catalan. He patiently answered all my questions. He was very knowledgable about the product he was selling. In sum, I am most pleased with my experience having Rolando as my Concord Toyota representative.
