Review of Monarch Casino Black Hawk

I have been waiting in the lobby for over an hour ...

I have been waiting in the lobby for over an hour (being only second in line). I paid for a suite that I am not getting access to at check in time. They say it still will not be ready for another 30 minutes. I am beyond angry. This room was reserved a head of time, not a cheap room, so I do not understand the lack of staff and customer service.

I thought the Monarch hotel would be suitable and well run based on their rates.
