This state agency is just a total waste of our taxpayer dollars in my opinion! DCF definitely does not improve families and children at all. If anything, they get in the way of making families better. There is constant bureaucracy among overpaid (and under worked) state workers who most of them really don't care about the families at all. Ever since commissioner Joette Katz took over DCF, things have gone way downhill. The commissioner of DCF and their senior administration are totally incompetent and have absolutely no idea what they are doing! Can someone please regulate DCF better and start holding them accountable? Our taxpayers and citizens of Connecticut deserve so much better.
