Went to Arlington Camera today to look at a backdrop stand. I had searched on several sites online but I couldn't tell what I would be getting. It was great to walk into a real, functioning camera store again. One of the employees was helping a customer with cleaning her camera sensor and he was so knowledgeable I had to listen in. The employee that helped me (Jay) let me look around on my own before he asked if I needed help. I liked that. I don't like high-pressure salespeople. After he asked to help me, he got me exactly what I needed and answered all of my questions patiently. He even opened the box the stand was in so I could see what I was buying. It was a great experience and I won't hesitate to go back.
