Pricing is completely bold and doesn't work at all!
Seat reservation could not be used because the wagon was missing on the fully booked train.
No information about it in the app or website.
Reimbursement of the reservation fee is only possible via a cumbersome form by post!
It is simply an indictment that every trip with Deutsche Bahn gives you the feeling of traveling back in time to the Middle Ages. And they manage to ruin your day and your trip every time anew.
No wonder that the majority of Germans still use cars and short-haul flights, leaving behind a poor CO2 balance. In any case, the railway is not an alternative but an intolerable condition!
