The salesperson was very nice and helpful. The following is the reason for the poor rating. I informed the salesperson that I lived in a townhouse and the queen size mattress needed to be upstairs. When the delivery guy showed he told me it was just a drop off. This was disappointing as I had to move it alone which was extremely difficult for me. The mattress was fine for the few minutes in the store but I would soon discover that sleeping was not as comfortable. The first night I could hear springs popping . Now I weigh 200 pounds so if that is a factor in the performance another mattress should ve been recommended. This is just my experience and may not be yours.
