I can't describe how wonderful the process of work...

I can't describe how wonderful the process of working with Malt Realty (specifically, Connor Malt) has been! I walked in on a Friday afternoon after coming across a listing on their site that seemed to meet all of my requirements for my new home within my price range. I quickly discovered that it was so much more than I could have hoped for, and by the following Monday was signing the paperwork (kudos to Connor and the team for working over the weekend to facilitate my short stay in the area).

Connor was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start, empathizing with my situation and quickly helping to alleviate what had been a growing source of anxiety and stress (the number of scammers I've dealt with over the months of trying to relocate is frustrating and saddening). The relief and peace-of-mind I feel from working with a reputable property management company is immeasurable...

The application process was simple (15 minutes having the right information on hand), and upon being informed of my approval, the rest of the process has been just as easy.

All in all, I HIGHLY recommend anyone interested in relocating to the area to contact Malt Realty. It's obvious to me that this company cares about its tenants, and the landlords they work with as well. If you have the chance to work with Connor, you will not be disappointed in the least!
