This place is a joke and I will spread the word because they don't care.
1st. A car priced online at $3,995 used is not legit. When you go in person to meet with someone about purchasing it, they will raise the price to $13,995 in front of you, and then state it was clerical, and or that the vehicle is already sold. Ask questions, they will stumble and truth will come out.
2nd. The finance guy Jim is a moron. I scheduled an appointment for 1:15PM and arrived a few minutes early as that is what the military teaches us to do. He was paged not once, not twice, but three times and failed to respond. We walked to his desk and no Jim. A few minutes later he can be seen coming out of what looked like a closet with a ho ho sticking out of his mouth. Moving on, I have a set budget in mind so I can still maintain a good father status by paying the rest of my bills. He insist that I must finance no less than $7,500 and that will be very hard to do.
3rd. The sales guy wasted no time trying to push a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee in my face. When i requested to view something more in my budget range, the response was " We do not have anything here, you must go to Brighton, MI and they also will have little to nothing for you." I am fair, my budget is $10,000 but all they care about is commission. Not situation, or customer.

I requested all documents with my personal details so that I could shred them and walked out. Even getting the documents turned out to be a hassle as Jim was an arrogant prick. The management team, they are just as bad as they speak to nothing but disclaimers.
Leads me to think they under price cars online to get a customer base, and then f**k the customer when they show up it was wrong. False advertisement? Wish I could get a lawyer
