Stayed there last weekend and I will never stay at Hard Rock Hotel ever again. Worst customer service. Front desk was rude. Some one Puked in the elevator. Told the front desk 3 times and they did nothing. The 4th time, I started the video and told him on his face that if the elevator is not cleaned by the time I come
back, I am posting it on Social Media. Guess what. 15 mins later, the elevator was spotless.
