We hired Allied Inspections for a home, wood destroying pests and radon inspection because the company received a high recommendation from our realtor. All three inspections were done in a timely manner. Our home inspector was Tony. He was professional, thorough and friendly. He took the time to explain the inspection and educate us on his findings and on regular maintenance steps we should take once we owned the property. Tony also took the time to fully explain the safety issues he was documenting so that we could decide which ones we wanted repaired and which ones we would address ourselves. The aspect of working with Tony that I MOST appreciated was his willingness to assist us AFTER his inspection and report were completed. We had just one or two items that were not addressed to our satisfaction during the inspection (we needed further information from our seller). After our seller provided the additional information, Tony was willing to return for a brief follow up and then update our report to document all issues to our satisfaction. This follow up was very important to me as a buyer and is one of the biggest reasons I am reviewing Allied (and Tony) at 5 stars. Thanks!
