Worst customer service today. Because there's no fitting room, you're forced to buy and then try on at home. Bought some jeans, were to small, exchanged for another pair... those were to big. Went back to exchange again, already a massive hassle. And they wound not let me exchange again. Saying you can only exchange one time. And that is not listed anywhere. There is a sign saying you only have 3 days to exchange but nothing on the one exchange policy. And it's not like I was asking cash back, just for another exchange. What kind of customer service is that to deny it? What's the reasoning? Manager just said, that's the policy! I've been in customer service along time and this just blew my mind. I've been going to this thrift store 2/3 a month and now will never return. I ended up just leaving my already paid for jeans that were to big there, no use for them. Thanks a lot people.
