I was all set to give this 5 stars but....I return...

I was all set to give this 5 stars but....I returned to my room today and it wasn't made. Towels on floor, bed unmade, etc. I called and was told they only make up the room if you request it. That's a new one for me and definitely not what I expect from a hotel in this price range.
