The service we got at my friends wedding was amazing. Yovany dionis jose edwin francisco and a few others did an amazing job. These guys deserve a raise. They where great and ensured that everyone had fun and enjoyed the night and got everything you needed right away. Amalia was the photographer and she was very graceful. Her smile and charisma made everyone feel comfortable. They should have more people like them greeting and answering the phone.
When we arrived for the wedding they where very rude. I had to call a few times to ensure that we could enter the gate since we where not staying there the bride had added us to the list many times to let them know we where going for the wedding. When calling they gave a hard time about attending the wedding and gave me all different prices to pay for a pass to be able to be at the wedding. Which was very fruatrating since we where part of the wedding party and we had to go dressed since they wouldnt allow us to get dressed with everyone else unless we pay for a day pass along with the night pass. Needless to say if that was my experience just visiting I wouldn't stay.
Also that day at around 3pm something happened with their plumbing and there was no water. We left without being able to use a restroom that worked properly.
In my opinion customer service is a major quality to achive success and this place needs to improve that when people are arriving specially for events. A nice experience at an event can lead to more business.
