The location is perfect; next to the train station...

The location is perfect; next to the train station.

But no cup to drink water from, seriously? And too short curtains so you get all the city lights right in your face as you try to sleep? So I wasn't satisfied with this stay/room and I would have told staff when checking out but they never even asked me how my stay was..... Don't think I'll book a room at this hotel again. Too bad since the location is perfect!
