This is strictly based on the service department. I made an 8am appt for an oil change. When i was signing my car in it turned out there were 3 recalls. A PCM update, coolant check/replacement, and a cold weather program update. While i understood what these were the advisor was not able to explain beyond printed text on a printout. I was told that if i did the recalls they would need the car till noon. I had an appointment in an hour so i asked for the loaner car. I was told they do not provide loaner vehicles. There was a display of their "Advantage club card" right next to him that states free loaner provided. Somehow my name or car was not linked to having this card that the salesman pushed at every other moment. I was then told i would be provided with a rental with Hertz. So got the rental, which was an embarrassment to Hertz, and went about my morning. I had to call at 1pm before walking into an appointment. I was transfered twice with no answer before i had to hang up. I called back at 345pm. I was transfered back to front desk 3 times because there was no answer at service desk. When someone did pick up they did not know the status as my advisor was in a meeting. Apparently only the advisor is able to see the status of my car. I was told that he would try and see the status of my car. I was on hold for 27 minutes before the line was picked up again. My new time was 530pm. Since i received no call at 530 i started over to dealership. At 545 i actually got a call saying my car was ready, with no explanation of delay, and that they would be closing in 15 minutes. Since i was unable to get there in time i had to wait for the next day to pick up my vehicle. Maybe this was because everything was complimentary that i was given low priority or no need for updates when original time was surpassed. What ever the reason, they only provide the first oil change as complimentary so i will gladly return to my trusted mechanic and have a knowledgeable and courteous advisor with less hassle.
