Never again will i take my vehicles to sauers ! Ga...

Never again will i take my vehicles to sauers ! Gave them a second shot after 2 years of not going because of rude and poor customer service. Well today was 2nd strike for them will not be going back they lost my family s business for good .
I have a brand new gmc sierra denali with only 7,000 miles on it. I notified them i had vibration while driving. So they said first step was to road force balance the tires , and that if that did not solve the issue they would take it from there! Well today
12-27-18 i took it back in. They called me 2 hours later to go pick it up upon arrival The service guy named levi said its normal. which it clearly is not normal for a brand new sierra denali to do that . So i ask the service manger if he would go on a test drive with me so i could show him exactly what it is doing . He told me no that he was busy that they looked at it already and that he basically couldn t do more for me. He also informed me that if it got worse or broke then he could ! What really? what kind of certified GMC dealer would tell you that. which let me just say the vehicle is under warranty still . After leaving there i took my Gmc Sierra Denali to Apache Auto Repair a local shop where I told them what was going on . So the Mechanic took it for a drive and noticed there was a vibration ! so i told them sauers had done the road force balance and didn t solve the issue. The mechanic informed me that their was issues online on direct hit with this vehicle . So Apache Auto Repair called Sauers Gmc in LaPorte Indiana. To see why they could not do anything for me because there was a vibration and I technically am under Gmc warranty still. The service manager hung up on them as well ! Sauers GMC in LaPorte way to go
