The lobby decoration and lights were spectacular on Christmas day. After admiring the lights we went to Teddy's Cafe to have something. The staff were abrupt and unfriendly, not courteous at all as one would expect from a hotel of this standard. To top it all, the table that we sat at was filthy, with a napkin and cutlery strewn on the floor. Quite disappointed.
