Daniel McCoy did an excellent job today in explaining the status of my home's ducts and furnace, describing what needs to be done, when it can be done, the specific costs involved, and his recommendations to meet the needs of the home heating system. I viewed the duct leakage repair video after viewing the current condition of my home's ducts via pictures taken by Daniel. I am impressed with Daniel's knowledge, professionalism and kindness. He was efficient and considerate, and answered all of my questions and concerns.
