I can't really give a great review since every time purolator ships to me, instead of getting my package the day of delivery like every other company. Now I expect to get a slip on my door to be picked up tomorrow. Its not available to get in the morning before work, so its a full 24 hour delay. This is especially annoying when you pay extra for 1 or 2 day shipping on amazon and did not expect purolator.

I doubt anything will change with the drivers attempting delivery and then failing to bring the package to the depot to be available for pickup on time. But if the driver did do that, the tracking info (for sure today)seems to have a 3.5 hour delay. If I try calling to see if they had a truck show up, or any helpful information to keep me from getting mad about the situation and to have some closure.. You will probably waste 20 minutes hoping someone will pick up with a few timed out calls before you give up.

It really leaves a salty taste in my mouth every time that happens. I used to love purolator when I lived out of town. They would just call me when my item was in, I could go pick it up at my soonest convenience, no wasted time, no attempted delivery. I was usually in town anyways and it saved me lots of time. Now that I live in town I am not a fan.

I'm wondering if there is a way to fix that issue: I leave the house by 6am and usually get back home around 5pm, monday to friday. Since my wife also works very similar hours and almost 100% of the time nobody will be home.
Is there a way (now or in the future) to be able to flag my address as a no delivery address? Just call me when it gets in. I'm sure that a 2 minute phone call from any employee to tell me to come get my package is cheaper than sending out an employee to stick a piece of paper to my door and then tell me I can only have my item tomorrow. If that happens i'll fix my review.
