Terrible, inconvient and inconsiderate service. Had no power for more than 2 DAYS now after shutdown we were not notified of and they promised to have our power back on in 1 DAY. Even though we handed in our paperwork less than 30 MINUTES after the shutdown. Complete bs. We have food in the fridge and children in the house in 90 DEGREE WEATHER with no fans/ac. Completely outrageous!!!!! They were so fast to shut off the power but not turn it back on.
