I walk in to Fig Leaf once a month for 2 Lbs of freshly roasted coffee beans. It is a spectacular deal to be able to see and smell the different origins of coffee before buying. The owner is always excited to answer my questions about his products. the passion is there. I tend to pick up some beans that were roasted earlier in the week. You can tell how fresh it is because the taste and smell develops and matures over the course of about two weeks. Fig Leaf is truely keeping a lost art alive .
