Took my iPhone to get repaired by the OOBE team, it was touch and go as to whether or not it will be covered by Apple's Quality Program. They went to great lengths, managed to get it covered and the repair done at no cost to me. They were transparent and communicated progress well, even gave me a replacement phone whilst I was without. Highly recommend.
