All there reviews seem to be similar, Orange debts.
Lowell contacted me about 3 accounts they had with me, i agreed to pay these debts one by one and it was all fine. I then rang to change the payment type and they didn't change them at all, instead carried on taking the money and more.. I received a letter saying they would send me a cheque within 5 days as a way of saying sorry...this was a month ago.. not had a penny from them!
Then they rang me saying if you don't give us the money for the Orange debt we WILL take you to court. HAHA!
After me explaining how debt recovery works to the utter idiot on the phone she back tracked. I then asked about the money i was owed she didn't have a clue.
Idiots with terrible scare tactics MUST TRY HARDER!
