Very shady practices. Do your research on these people. Make sure to tape any conversations you can and keep all of your documents handy. We were offered and paid for a payoff and they reported a foreclosure, then "Fixed" the problem and reported "Paid for less than full balance" I was told by a Ms. Nieves Justice there would be no credit ramifications. WRONG!! We have had to spend hours disputing this through the credit bureau and now are seeking legal help. Would not recommend.
