Security officer rudely ordered for my boyfriend and I to leave a crowded area at a station that we used to charge our devices since we have a 3 hour layover. A simple 'excuse me mam but you can't be in this area' would have been more than sufficient. Instead, he said "you guys need to get out of here now. Unplug your stuff NOW and leave. I don't come into your house like this." Please teach your staff to treat people like people.
