Excellent service. very easy to contact - unlike some of their competitors. the chap came out spot on the appointed time, i got a quote e mailed through very soon after, and the quote was very professional, and detailed with a google earth photo of the tree, and details of their indemnity insurance.
made the appointment, and they turned up at 8.05 am - exactly as promised. the team of 3 did the job in no time at all, and even liaised with the miserable neighbour when he came out to tell them they werent cutting enough!!
they cleared up, took everything away and left no mess
so all round excellence.... when customer service surveys ask "did they exceed your expectations?" i always say no because i expected it to be good. But with Beechwood, yes they did exceed expectations - i didnt expect it to be this good
