Endless hours of emergencies, an average of 2 and a half to be treated, a shame for a private hospital. They should improve the service because it is worse than public hospitals. You pay and wait more than in a public one it will no longer compensate to have private insurance. Do something to improve it.
After a year, I reply to this review.
When I was there a year ago, I made a complaint to Patient Care and they answered me with a non-personalized letter with the problem I was telling them about. It was simply a Copy and Paste of what patients always answer but do not really do or serve for. You notice when a Hospital does not give importance to your complaint and uses a "type" response for everything treating you as a number not as a patient with a real problem. They change their way of thinking and treating the patient and they will improve in the quality perceived.
Thank you
