I had two appointments one at 4:40 pm for MacBook ...

I had two appointments one at 4:40 pm for MacBook and 4:50 pm for my iphone. I arrived at 4:30 pm and checked in with two apple reps at the front. They told me someone would be with me within 5 minutes and to go sit down on a bench. I waited until 5:15 pm and then asked another rep the status of my wait, directing me to someone else. Then I waited another 10 minutes, and another rep told me my appointments had been cancelled by me or an Apple rep. I CLEARLY did NOT cancel my appointment. They told me they were sorry but it would be another 30 minute wait for another rep, because they were extremely busy. The store had approximately 20 apple reps standing around doing nothing, and the store was not even close to being busy. The service was abysmal and embarrassing.
