I have had a really positive experience with Vibe recruitment and will be gutted that I can't work for them anymore. They really care about your personal development and placements. This is made clear through the regular communication you have such as having a phonecall every Friday to catch up, the fact that the recruiters are teachers themselves and work in these schools every so often - therefore they understand the job and what is best for you. The office is cool and welcoming. Vibe organise socials for the recruiters and TA's so they can get to know each other better, which is fantastic and adds to the personal experience you receive.

I would like to thank all the staff were so welcoming during my induction, especially to my recruiters, Cristina and Alex. It was a massive pleasure to work with them as they are easy going but professional, organised and supportive. They made me feel like a valued member of the team and gave me a lot of their time and options for working in different places. They are refreshing in this sense as often, recruiters don't take as much time to understand the employee and their needs, rather they look at employees as vacancy fillers. Will definitely miss them both and recommend them to anybody looking to sign up to vibe!
